A is for Ambition
Having hopes for your business, dreaming about being a success and working hard to make that dream come true is what gives self-employment meaning. When times are tough it will remind you why you’re doing this and what it will be like when you get there. Your goals need to be tough but achievable. Struggling with impossible goals that cannot be achieved will not build resilience. You need to see the pay-off of achievement (however small) in return for the strain involved.

Many people will jump to the opportunity of working at home because it saves them from traffic chaos and a chaotic office environment. But it’s not all that rosy if you have no grip of your working environment at home. You may finish off being isolated, having burnouts and too distracted to be productive.
